Dust off your kelly green Cat-In-The-Hat costume and get ready to party with NASCAR legend Mark Martin on March 17, 2015, at the First Ever 12th Annual World’s Shortest St. Patrick’s Day Parade in Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas. Mark Martin was named as the Celebrity Grand Marshal for the annual celebration of fun and zaniness.

The 2015 parade will feature such delights as The World’s Largest Leprechaun, a troupe of marching Irish Elvis impersonators; Irish belly dancers; dozens of floats and marching units; green marching Irish wolfhounds; loud music; free dancing in the street afterward, and some Irish bagpipers. There’s also the competition to see who can lay the best smooch on the Arkansas Blarney Stone in the Romancing The Stone contest, which offers cold cash for the best romancer.
