The Atlanta Cycling Festival is a week long festival all around bicycling from Saturday, June 10th – Saturday, June 17th, 2017! Atlanta bicycle rides, bicycle classes and, of course, bicycle parties.

What You Need To Know About Riding In The Festival

What type of bike do I need for the Festival?
Any! There will be be all types of rides, with all types of skill levels. As long as your bike works, come join us!
What if I don’t have a bike?
No problem! Atlanta BeltLine Bicycle is our official bike rental partner! Say you need a bike for the ACF and they’ll gladly rent you a fantastic ride.
I am new to biking. Will I be left behind?
No! Each ride is what we term as a “no drop ride.” This means that if you start with a ride, you’ll finish with a ride. Ride leaders will make sure you get from Point A to Point B safely. That said, the Moderate and Advanced rides will be a faster pace, but you’ll not be left alone.
Is this a family friendly festival?
Totally! Grab your kids and come join us!
What skill level do I need to attend the rides?
Each ride will have a Beginner, Intermediate, Advance Skill Level designation . If you’re new to cycling in Atlanta, we’d recommend you try a few Beginner Rides and then join us for some of the more Advanced ones. Rides that have the designation for “All of Them” are for all skill levels!
What if it rains?
Events are rain/shine! Thunderstorms, lightning or other inclement weather… well, those are no fun. Please follow us on InstagramTwitter or Facebook. We will post day-of details/ride changes there.
What should I bring to the rides?
Always a great idea to bring water, a snack, an extra tire tube, a lock and lights/blinkies.
